The APEX Awards process will be executed through multiple stages over the course the calendar year.
Nomination Period: Jan. 1 – Nov. 15
Nominee Perks are available to all ACTIVE Nominees.
A third-party research company will be used to process and analyze all nominations to ensure each nominee maintains eligibility. Guidelines for each award category can be found on the designated award pages.
Top 10 Finalists for each category will be announced November 30th … with an interesting opportunity for ALL NOMINEES!
It’s up to YOU to determine which 5 APEX Finalists will advance to our Special Judges Panel to complete the final stage of the awards process!

The Package Deal APEX Formula
We’re keeping things 100% transparent to ensure the accurate integrity intended for each award category. In attempts to achieve this, we’ve implemented a balanced system of research, interaction and motion to crown this year’s APEX Recipients.
NOMINATIONS: It only takes ONE nomination PER category to enter an APEX into the mix. Nomination Credit will be awarded to the first submission source only. Duplicate submissions for the same nominee/category combination will be used for research & feedback purposes only.
THE GOOD OLD POINT SYSTEM: Each category is equipped with specifications and characteristics that will be used to determine the ‘position’ of each nominee throughout the year. These guidelines will also be used as baselines for the research team. Final scoring will be used to determine the Top 10 Finalists for each category.
PUBLIC VOTE: The voting period will be open December 1st for the Top 10 Category Finalists and will determine the FIVE Finalists that will advance to the Judges Panel. Final scoring will represent 30% of the final formula used to determine the winner.
